1968 - 2002...
Asigran's machines best guarantee is that the company got very antique tradition in this field since 1968. They were pioneers with the idea and project of a machine capable of cleaning and washing the olive. The chief Rafael Hurtado Pedregosa and after him his successors, at the beginning of the 70's, the brothers Rafael and Ernesto Hurtado Alvarez will consolidate the company in the olive field by improving all their machines up to perfection, and making them competitive products in the market. Thanks to these machines others like the "Zarandas" disappeared. This investigation pointed to get the best product in the market, ended with the consecution of First Price at the "VIII Certamen de la Mecanización del Olivar" in the category of "Olive Process Machines" in 1974, where they showed in real time the way the olive cleaning machine worked. This awards took place at "Cortijo Virgen de los Milagros" in Mancha Real (Jaen).

The Hurtado Brothers continued their growing expansion, creating their own brand and the patents; in fact they were too advanced for their time. Then another project came out to complete the olive oil extraction process, a new efficient system to wash the olives up. Getting another big success with the first price at the "Feria del Olivo" in 1987 that took place in Jaen.

After that and due to an image and technical renovation, the company changed the name to ASIGRAN HURTADO ALVAREZ, remarking in this way, the family character and tradition of the company.
In this new period, that began in 1996, the company started a new stage supported by their own experience and their clients loyalty.

During this period the Hurtado family did satisfied the needs of about 400 hundreds installations, with an average of 3 lines of olive cleaning and washing with a constant updating and technical support.

Nowadays there are more than 750 lines of olive cleaning and washing machines, working perfectly all over Spain, this is the best guarantee of our know-how. we believe that the keys of our success are our experience, our innovation, our technical advise, our post-sale technical support and our constant maintenance service, all this aspects make our company obtain the best quality/price relation since 1974.
